When I tell you, Queenetta not only addressed all my tense areas with ease, but she also located so many more points of stress I didn’t even know I was carrying. Literally, the appointment felt like a steady release of tension and pain without saying one word. Just breathe. She has easily made this form of therapy one of my favorites. Who knew a full body massage could renew your whole spirit. Policies

Please, do not bring extra guest with you to your appointment. (Some exceptions, but they must be cleared first)

Late: I understand life happens. There is a 15 minute grace period. You will only receive the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Habitual tardiness (after 2x) will result in balance being paid in full, in order to schedule an appointment.

Cancellation: Any cancellation made in less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be the forfeited deposit paid at booking.

No-Show: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no–show”. They will be charged in full.

Privacy: Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence by this practice. All client records are kept in a secure place and only those who need to see a client’s file for legitimate business or professional purposes have access to them. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent. Records may be surrendered if required by law.

Conduct: Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching of a massage therapist in an inappropriate way, will result in the termination of the massage session and the client will not be allowed to return for further massages. Our full fee will be expected, no exceptions.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.  ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCT PURCHASES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
