Who, Me?
With a passion for all things nature and growth, I’m dedicated to to the journey of good character and balance. I assist my clients with physical therapeutic body work, thought provoking, revealing conversation and energy therapy, using reiki to assist in releasing chakra blockages.

Licensed and Insured, American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) member.
With a passion for all things nature and growth, I’m dedicated to to the journey of good character and balance. I assist my clients with physical therapeutic massage and body work, thought provoking, revealing conversation and energy therapy, using reiki to assist in releasing chakra blockages.
Ultimately, my unique approach to bodywork encompass a range of modalities that relieve pain and tension, increase range of motion, increase mental clarity, all while having the lasting effects of massage. I love education and I’m a firm believer that we cannot “fix” or change what we do knot know.
With love, I am not here to heal you, I’m here to assist you, in healing yourself. So I will also encourage you and educate you on better body mechanics and things that can be done to assist in living a more comfortable life.
My goal is to provide optimal therapeutic care for the body, mind and spirit. Total revitalization.
Long story short, You need me to knead you.
I also have created a line of body products and teas to assist in living a more sustainable, majestic and pain free lifestyle. Self care is an act of Royalty, which makes our products, Essential.
